Anonymous recruitment
As equal opportunities for everyone and continuous development of our ways of working are at the core of our company, we use anonymous recruitment. We welcome people from different backgrounds and different life situations, and are committed to promoting equal treatment of candidates.
Our goal with anonymous recruitment is to allow an increasingly diverse group of candidates to enter the interview stage and to select the most suitable person, regardless of their characteristics. By using anonymous recruitment, we can avoid unconscious biases affecting the outcome of the recruitment.
Anonymous recruitment at Simucube means that all applications are reviewed in anonymous mode in our recruitment system. The system will automatically blur personal information such as name, email address, and photo from both the application form and the CV. Based on the other information provided in the CV and application form, we select the most suitable candidates for the interview process. At this stage, all information provided by the candidate will be visible.
