High quality electronics from idea to implementation
As an Electronics Designer, you’re involved in the entire development process from concept to finished product - not just a small piece of the puzzle. You have plenty of independence in your work, but you’re never on your own. You will be working closely with the project team – mechanics, software, production, sales, and marketing – and there’s always someone to bounce off your ideas with.
Our goal is to develop durable and user-friendly products that cater to the needs of our customers. Therefore, you get to strive for the best results whether it comes to tool selection or choosing high-quality components for circuit boards. The work also extends beyond the screen, as you will plan and carry out testing, get hands-on with the products, and solve any issues that arise.
Even though your work mainly consists of electronics design, you are also able to extend your role based on your own skills and interests to, e.g., mechanics, software, simulations, EMC, approval processes, or production. As our R&D team is growing and we are continuously developing our ways of working, you also get to be part of the team and process development.
What makes you thrive in our team
- A solid foundation in electronics design, both schematics and layout, and even better if you have been working with embedded electronics products
- Understanding of mass production manufacturing processes, techniques, materials, their possibilities, and DFM principles
- First-hand experience from an electronics point of view with a product evolving from idea to serial production
- Independent way of working, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to schedule and prioritize your own tasks and work
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and other diverse stakeholders
- Genuine interest in technology and drive to develop your skills in electronics design. Enjoy working on your own projects? You can work on them in your free time in our lab room equipped with professional tools.
Also, we'd be excited if you bring any or all of the following to the table:
- Experience with KiCad for PCB design
- Familiarity with embedded software development
- Hands-on skills in electromechanics and using Fusion 360 for design work

In return, we offer you
- People-first culture: Our employees are at the heart of everything we do. We offer a range of well-being benefits, including a paid 30-minute mid-day stroll daily, bicycle benefit, €400/year well-being allowance (usable for sports, culture, or wellness), an extensive occupational healthcare plan, and access to high-quality sports equipment for borrowing.
- Flexibility and freedom: We support a healthy work–life balance through flexible working hours and hybrid work options. You will also have access to quality tools and software, and yes, you’re welcome to use our equipment (including 3D printers) for your own hobby or DIY projects.
- Continuous learning: We believe in supporting your growth. You can choose training or education programs we’ll happily cover, and we provide access to professional literature of your choice. We want to empower every team member to keep developing their skills.
Throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, we’ll take time to understand your interests and strengths – together we’ll shape a role in the project that truly excites you.
