Talent Acquisition Manager
Join our Crew to build the #1 racing experience for true racers!
Simucube is a game-changer in the world of sim racing and simulators. In Hervanta, Tampere, our skilled and warm-hearted team of 60 professionals creates products that are known for their top performance and high quality. Our strategic growth is at the heart of our success, and it all starts with the right people. That’s why we’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join us on our journey.
Over the past years, we’ve been steadily growing and developing our practices alongside that growth. A lot has already been built: recruitment processes have been shaped, employer branding efforts are well underway, and we’ve laid a strong foundation for what’s next. Now, it’s time for someone like you to take over, develop it further, and make it your own.
You’ll join our compact but high-impact People team, which currently consists of our Head of People & Culture (who you'll work closely with), so your contributions will be both meaningful and visible.
The role in a nutshell:
-
• This is a full time, permanent role.
• We are located in Hervanta, Tampere. We offer overall flexible working conditions to our personnel, but this role still requires regular presence at the office.
• Ideally, the new team member joins us after the summer holidays.
• The salary range is €3 800–€ 4 500/month, based on your profile and experience.
• This recruitment process is anonymous (read more).

Build the future of simulators – one great hire at a time
In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing and developing our entire recruitment lifecycle from job postings and candidate sourcing to hiring and onboarding. You’ll partner with our hiring managers to define roles, train the team in recruitment best practices, and create inclusive recruitment strategies. You'll also continue building transparency around pay and hiring practices, making sure that every candidate has a positive, fair experience with us. Additionally, you’ll own our pre-onboarding and onboarding processes to ensure our new colleagues feel welcome and set up for success from day one.
At the same time, you’ll drive our employer branding efforts such as planning and executing campaigns, coordinating collaborations with student organizations and other partners, representing us at events, and helping create engaging EB materials. And don’t worry, you won’t be doing this alone! You’ll be working closely with our awesome marketing team and external partners to bring our employer brand to life.
What you bring to the table
- Solid experience in recruiting for various tech roles
- Understanding of modern recruitment tools, methods, and channels
- Ability to develop and improve recruitment processes
- Proven track record in employer branding and stakeholder collaboration
- An independent and proactive working style, with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a scale-up environment where not everything is set in stone
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
These will also help you thrive in your role
- Marketing know-how, an eye for visuals, or the ability to write compelling content
- Experience with data-driven recruitment and EB and related tools
- Familiarity with the local tech talent landscape and existing networks
- Background in scaling a company and a strategic approach to growth
- Familiarity with using AI tools to improve recruitment or branding work

In return, we offer you
- People-first culture: Our employees are at the heart of everything we do. We offer a range of well-being benefits, including a paid 30-minute mid-day stroll daily, bicycle benefit, €400/year well-being allowance (usable for sports, culture, or wellness), an extensive occupational healthcare plan, and access to high-quality sports equipment for borrowing.
- Flexibility and freedom: We support a healthy work–life balance through flexible working hours and hybrid work options. You have a lot of freedom and responsibility in your daily work, but we believe that the best results are achieved together.
- Continuous learning: We believe in supporting your growth. You can choose training or education programs we’ll happily cover, and we provide access to professional literature of your choice. We want to empower every team member to keep developing their skills.
Throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, we’ll take time to understand your interests and strengths – together we’ll shape a role that truly excites you.

Anonymous recruitment
As equal opportunities for everyone and continuous development of our ways of working are at the core of our company, we have started anonymous recruitment. We welcome people from different backgrounds and different life situations, and are committed to promoting equal treatment of candidates.
Our goal with anonymous recruitment is to allow an increasingly diverse group of candidates to enter the interview stage and to select the most suitable person, regardless of their characteristics. By using anonymous recruitment, we can avoid unconscious biases affecting the outcome of the recruitment.
Anonymous recruitment at Simucube means that all applications are reviewed in anonymous mode in our recruitment system. The system will automatically blur personal information such as name, email address, and photo from both the application form and the CV. Based on the other information provided in the CV and application form, we select the most suitable candidates for the interview process. At this stage, all information provided by the candidate will be visible.
