Marketing Manager, Partnerships & Activations
Simucube is redefining the future of sim racing and simulation technology. From our cozy office in Hervanta, Tampere, Finland, our team of 65 passionate professionals designs and builds products celebrated around the world for their unmatched performance and uncompromising quality.
The sim racing community is global, passionate, and tight-knit, and it lives in places traditional media never reaches. That's why this is not a traditional PR or communications role.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager, Partnerships & Activations to create global visibility through partnerships with content creators, influencers, drivers, teams, game studios, and resellers. Your job is to plan and execute activations that reach the sim racing community where it actually lives, through digital channels, events, and the communities built around the sport.
At Simucube, earned media is a core part of how we grow. We've spent years building real partnerships across the sim racing community and our distribution network, and this role is about making the most of that foundation and turning it into consistent, visible impact.
The role in a nutshell
Full-time, permanent role based in Hervanta, Tampere. While we offer flexible working arrangements, we enjoy being together in the office and expect this role to have a regular on-site presence
Salary range 3600-4300€/month, depending on experience
Plan and execute earned media, partnerships, and marketing activations globally. This is a hands-on role, not a strategy-heavy one
Build visibility through creativity, not budget, with an established global partner network behind you

What you’ll be doing:
Your work revolves around building, managing, and activating marketing collaborations with influencers, professional drivers, teams, media, distributors, and other key partners.
You'll work with an already strong partner base. Long-term collaborations and existing agreements are in place. And because Simucube is recognized as the leading brand in sim racing, great collaboration opportunities find their way to us too. Your role is to spot the ones worth pursuing and make them happen. The marketing partnership pool is yours to curate and make the most of.
You won't just coordinate partnerships; you'll create and execute activations that generate real, measurable impact across their audiences and ours. Think YouTube reviews, livestreams, fans meeting their favourite driver at an event, or spreading the word about a new product launch through our partner network.
You’ll be managing multiple collaborations at once, moving things forward quickly, and making sure agreed activities actually happen and deliver value.
You'll also proactively create new opportunities. This means actively building the network to reach the right partners, developing creative concepts that support our campaigns, and turning them into collaborations that get noticed, often with very limited budgets.
We value imagination and bold thinking. Ideally, you’ve already created something that went viral and you’re hungry to do it again.
In addition to earned media and partnerships, you will own and develop Simucube's affiliate marketing program.
The role includes approximately 4 to 5 international trips per year, though this may vary depending on how you build and manage your partner relationships. Working with a global partner network also means occasional communication across different time zones.

What success looks like:
Curating a partnership pool that supports Simucube's marketing goals and reflects our position as the technology leader in sim racing
Consistent visibility and genuine buzz in the sim racing community throughout the year
Recognizing what works and continuously increasing the impact and value of our partnerships
What makes you thrive in this role:
3+ years of experience in earned media, PR, partnerships, or similar
Proven track record of creative, high-impact activations that created real visibility without large budgets (e.g. campaigns, collaborations, or ideas that gained strong attention or traction)
Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a strong drive to get things done and the ability to manage multiple collaborations at once and keep things moving
Communication comes naturally to you. You build relationships easily, get your point across clearly, and don't overthink it. The working language in this job and our team is English. Additional skills in major languages may be an asset
Comfortable negotiating and tracking partner performance. You aim for partnerships where both sides win and the relationship lasts
Genuine interest in or understanding of community-driven environments and how credibility is built within them
Your primary motivation is the impact and visibility you create, not the names on your partner list
You don’t need to tick every box. We’re looking for someone who knows how to make things happen.
What you’ll be part of:
You'll be joining a creative international and fast-paced marketing team of 9, working alongside brand, content, copywriting and campaign specialists. We grow our brand through our community, partnerships, and global reseller network, and the visibility we earn through them is central to everything we do.
We're a team that genuinely helps each other out and takes pride in what we build together.
You'll also share insights from partners and the community with product management and R&D, helping us develop and improve.
In return, we offer you:
People-first culture: Our employees are at the heart of everything we do. We offer a range of well-being benefits, including a paid 30-minute mid-day stroll daily, 400€/year well-being allowance (usable for sports, culture, or wellness), an extensive occupational healthcare plan, and access to high-quality sports equipment for borrowing.
Flexibility and freedom: We support a healthy work–life balance through flexible working hours and hybrid work options. You have a lot of freedom and responsibility in your daily work, but we believe that the best results are achieved together.
Continuous learning: We believe in supporting your growth. You can choose training or education programs we’ll happily cover, and we provide access to professional literature of your choice. We want to empower every team member to keep developing their skills.
Throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, we’ll take time to understand your interests and strengths. Together we’ll shape a role that truly excites you.
