Despite being a small company, our brand is well known and respected within the sim racing community. The industry is highly community-driven, and our growth has been largely organic, built through a passionate global user base that values performance, realism, and quality.
As our international business continues to grow, we are now looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and scale our commercial organization and drive Simucube's global growth. While our roots are in sim racing, we are actively expanding into new simulation categories.
Simucube already has a strong commercial organization, with over 95% of our revenue coming from international markets.
The next step is scaling our commercial model into new markets and customer segments.
As the first C-level role alongside the CEO, you will play a central role in aligning our commercial teams and building a scalable model for sustainable global growth. You will have full commercial accountability and the authority to make decisions that drive results, and you'll do it together with your team.
You will report directly to the CEO, lead our commercial leadership team and serve as a member of Simucube’s Steering Group, contributing to the company’s strategic direction.
Your direct reports will include our Director of Sales and Commercial Operations and Director of Marketing and Communications. The commercial organization has over 20 people across Sales, Marketing and CX, a multinational team based in Hervanta, serving a global market.

What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you will take ownership of Simucube's commercial development and lead the next phase of our growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Together with your team, developing and leading Simucube's global commercial strategy and revenue growth across markets and channels
Driving international growth across global markets, channels and partner ecosystems, including reseller and distribution networks
Supporting Simucube's expansion into new customer segments and commercial opportunities
Championing a human-centric team culture where people feel safe to speak up, take ownership and do their best work
Strengthening data-driven decision making and commercial performance management
Contributing to company-level strategic decisions as a member of the Steering Group
Success in this role is measured in results; growing revenue, opening new markets, and building a commercial organization that works as one. You will ensure that Simucube's commercial capabilities match the world-class performance of our products.
What makes you thrive in this role:
You bring extensive senior leadership experience from commercial roles such as CCO, CSO, CMO or equivalent VP-level positions, and have been involved in growing international consumer or technology businesses.
You understand how commercial growth happens in practice, from go-to-market strategy and sales channels to brand-driven demand creation and use data and insights to translate strategy into practical actions that drive results.
You have at least 10 years of experience working with international consumer markets and understand the dynamics of building and scaling premium or performance-driven products and brands.
As a leader, you build genuine trust and bring teams together around a clear direction. You are direct about priorities and decisions, empower rather than override, and take pride in developing the people around you, from ambitious early-career talent to the leadership team you'll be part of.
While this is a senior leadership role, you're comfortable being close to the work, understanding operational realities and supporting your teams in day-to-day execution when needed.
You understand that our customers invest in products they expect to last, and you make commercial decisions with that in mind.
Experience in premium consumer technology, sports technology, gaming, motorsport or other performance-driven products is considered a strong advantage.

We offer a competitive executive compensation package, with salary in the range of 7,000–9,000€ per month, with the exact model agreed with the candidate. You'll also have the opportunity to become a shareholder in Simucube through our employee ownership model.
