We're now looking for Summer Trainees to join our growing and exciting team in R&D!

Whether you're passionate about software development, hardware engineering, testing, UI/UX or other technical fields, we want to hear from you. You'll work hands-on with real projects alongside our experienced team for summer 2026, contributing to products used by sim racing enthusiasts and professional drivers worldwide.

The role in a nutshell

• This is a summer training position starting around May/June 2026

• The salary range is 2200–2700€/month, depending on your stage of studies

• This is a full-time position based in Hervanta, Tampere

• You must be an active student during the summer. We hope you're interested in continuing to work with us after summer (at least part-time)

Who we're looking for

We're seeking trainees from various technical fields:

Software – Whether your passion is firmware, PC software, testing, or UI development, we have a role for you! Our trainees work on Simucube Tuner desktop software (C++, QML), bare metal embedded firmware (C++), and internal tools (C++, Python). Solid understanding of modern C++ is a must. Familiarity with Qt/QML or testing is a plus.

Electronics – Circuit design, PCB layout, and hardware testing for motor control systems. Studies in electrical engineering, embedded systems, software-controlled electronics, or related field preferred.

Mechanics - CAD work and product development from concept to production. Experience with Fusion 360 CAD, CNC machined parts, cast parts, electro mechanics and/or volume production is valuable.

Testing and Quality Assurance – Systematic testing, automation, and quality processes. Analytical mindset and attention to detail required.

Other areas – We can find meaningful work for the right trainee in other technical areas too. Tell us in your application what interests you!
